This Privacy Policy explains how Ice Cheetah Gaming House ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects data in connection with your use of the Ice Cheetah Gaming House website ("Site").

Technical and usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Chat / DM messages and shared media are retained while the message is "live" plus a moderation grace period; soft-removed messages remain in the audit log. There is no per-user database profile to delete because no account is created.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, others), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold minimal personal data and the site is access-without-registration, most of these rights resolve to "clear your browser cookies and cache and your local data is gone." We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data: TLS-encrypted transport (Cloudflare Tunnel), JWT-based session tokens with rotation, rate limiting, content security policies, and an append-only audit log for moderation actions.
