Common questions and quick answers.
How do I start playing? Open the lobby (the main page), click any category tile (Slots, Table Games, Arcade, etc.), then click any game tile inside that category. The game loads on demand; no install or signup is required.
Do I need an account? No. A guest session is created automatically the first time you visit; your scores, balances, and chat name are stored locally in your browser. The session resets when you clear your browsing data.
Is there a mobile app? No native app. The site works fully on mobile browsers; touch input is supported on every game.
What does the "Dollars" balance mean? It's virtual play-money used in the casino-style games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Slots, Video Poker, Keno). The Dollars balance has no real-money value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, or converted into anything.
How do I reset my balance? The balance resets when you start a fresh guest session. Open Account / Reset Balance from the in-game menu, or clear your browser's site data for icecheetah.io.
Are the games fair? Yes. Every wagering game uses a deterministic JavaScript engine on the server with a fresh random seed per round. Outcomes are reproducible and verifiable from the public game manifests.
Where do I see the rules for a game? Every game has a How to Play button (or modal) that lists the controls, objective, and a short strategy primer. The category-level guide also covers controls and tips that apply across the family.
How does the chat work? Every player can use the global public chat (bottom-right of the lobby) and start direct messages with other players. You pick a chat name once per session; chats persist across navigation and reset on page refresh.
What's allowed in chat? The chat is intentionally light on automated moderation; we keep it "as free as possible" with full moderator visibility on the back end. You agree to follow the Terms and Conditions when posting; any user-generated content you submit may be reviewed and removed.
Can I share images and videos? Yes — DM-only, up to 10 MB images and 50 MB videos. Public chat is text-only.
The page looks broken / shows old content. The site uses an aggressive cache-busting design (kill-switch service worker + nginx no-cache for index.html), but your browser may need a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). The Update Banner that appears on the next deploy will offer a one-click reload.
A game doesn't load. Try a hard refresh first. If the issue persists, the game module may be temporarily unavailable while we ship a fix; the lobby will mark the tile accordingly.
